Dear Jodi,
Since we’ve finished our sessions last month, I have given a presentation for work and finally spoke in front of my committee. I am so amazed with how easy it felt and so thankful. In the past my hands and my voice would shake and my face would turn completely red as I began speaking but this time, I felt calm and comfortable.
